Only live conversation with a person is billed; other robots, voicemail, and bare connects are not charged.
Minute packages last 45 calendar days. Unused minutes roll over on renewal; without renewal within 15 days they expire.
Client or JTF telephony. JTF telephony is billed separately; the strategic partner calculator includes a +₽2.20/min surcharge on the minute rate.
All minutes round up to a full minute. Billing starts from the first minute of AI robot dialogue.
AI robot build is done by JTF Digital Agency. Rewards are paid under an agency agreement with the partner’s sole proprietor or LLC.
Settled for the calendar month by client payments. Payout by the 25th of the following month.
